We are looking for a Mobile analyst that can provide information based on the app user behaviour, and take advantage of that information to fulfill the desires of the customers and make them to keep playing our games while drawing the attention of new players.

Your Tasks

Review website pages and customer events that are relevant outcomes
Troubleshoot tagging and data layer issues, utilizing staging environments for testing and deploying a solution.
Seek out and learn new web analytics technology and techniques that can be applied to the scope of work.
Document processes & best practices for training purposes
Complete user acceptance tests and auditing for function continuity pre/post website updates.
Develop insightful reports to understand and communicate customer experience and behavior

Requisitos mínimos

+2 years of experience in the field
Strong problem-solving skills
Must possess superior project management skills and able to lead complex projects through completion
Must have extreme attention to detail, accuracy and consistency
Highly motivated to learn emerging technologies that improve the quality, success, and performance of deliverables
Data mining experience
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to simple terms
