A GameHouse Original Story...

At GameHouse, we’re leaders in story-driven mobile games for women, and we’ve put together a new team to take our storytelling in a completely new direction. Internally, we refer to this as one of our “Moon Rocket” projects, taking the company to the next level.

Based in Madrid, Spain, we’re looking for a Narrative Game Designer who will play a critical role creating GameHouse’s amazing stories.

As a Narrative Game Designer in our content team, you will work with game designers, scriptwriters and artists, creating incredible stories that will reach women worldwide. Joining a small but veteran studio team in a new project, you will have the opportunity to have direct and meaningful impact on the game we produce and ship to our players around the world.

Requisitos mínimos

Must Haves:

You must LOVE storytelling.
Excellent writing skills.
Understanding of the narrative game landscape.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Proven ability at successful multi-tasking under pressure.
Teamwork spirit.

Requisitos deseados

Pure bonus points for:

Game design experience.
Familiarity with Interactive story scripting.
Previous professional experience as a writer in the game or entertainment industry is a BIG PLUS.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Be Up To

We are always pushing the envelope, trying to make our GameHouse Original Stories more fun and engaging.

Create descriptions and backstories for characters, locations, objects, events...
In collaboration with the Content team, define the narrative branching of a story.
Describe narrative situations, create documents defining their content and their role in the course of the game.
Define the story path, choices, scenes and characters that create an engaging story.
