MercurySteam, the independent games development studio behind "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow" saga, "Metroid: Samus Returns", "Spacelords"… is searching for videogame development professionals for immediate incorporation in its offices located at San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid, Spain).

MercurySteam is looking for a SENIOR PRODUCER for a new and exciting next-gen AAA project, the studio and a World-class Publisher are about to kick off. The ideal candidate has a high interest and experience in video game project management as a producer on one or more finished AAA projects.

Candidates must have the skills and experience to plan and schedule tasks based on defined project goals, as well as the ability to lead a team to successfully accomplish such goals. References will be required.

Requisitos mínimos

Job requirements:
- To have at least 4 years experience as a senior producer for one or more AAA game projects and at least one released project.
- To have a strong knowledge of a typical Game production pipeline and its management tools, such as: Jira, Project, Excel, etc.
- To have excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- To be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
