Requisitos mínimos

- A solid understanding of traditional animation principles (timing, weight, etc.)
- Strong staging and block-out skills, with a good eye for character posing
- Collaborating with other disciplines such as environment, character, lighting and VFX artists, graphics programmers and level designers to create a AAA game experience
- The ability to follow an artistic vision and interpret feedback and direction accurately
- A strong portfolio of work which demonstrates the ability to create high-quality animations

Requisitos deseados

(A plus but not really a requirement:)

- Experience with Unreal
- Experience with Unity
- Rigging knowledge
- Experience with 3D modelling/texturing

- Contribute innovative and original ideas toward all aspects of the game’s production and development.
- Deliver work on time and according to schedule.
- Accept and provide direction with team members and participate and engage with the entire production team to stay current on the scope and understanding of the project.
- Possess exemplary oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow direction and to collaborate successfully with others.
- A positive outlook with the ability to self-direct and have an artistic vision, combined with a dedicated work ethic.
