The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. You will be leading an external group of QA Game Testers.
Requisitos mínimos
3+ years' relevant work experience in mobile gaming QA
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
English - in order to communicate and write up process documents
Spanish - team communication (written and spoken)

Bring your ideas in order to improve processes, workflow, new ways of solving problems, etc.
Design Test plans for new and older games, including localization, different devices, connectivity tests, online purchases, and overall stability.
Android & iOS Stores knowledge
QA methodology and analysis knowledge
Create documentation related to the QA work.
Follow/respect daily meetings plannings.
Reflect the tasks of development on the sprint backlog (Trello).
Be responsible for your documentation and its maintenance.
Daily and weekly planning of the team's tasks and times using the internal tools (E.G. Tom's Planner, daily calls, Google Drive, Unity, etc).
Attendance to the weekly meetings with the other Managers and teams (E.G. Daily and weekly Calls, internal development meetings, etc).
Planification and delivery of all actions for internal tests, including reporting in the proper database all found bugs based on the QA methodology (categories based on severity, platforms, repro rate, steps to reproduce, etc), as well as bug regression once there is a new build.
Maintenance and management of the QA Drive. Including the correct organization of folders for all the ongoing projects
Documentation for all the tasks QA-related via our internal Notion pages: Database for the different common actions, best practices, do's and don'ts, processes, links of importance, tools and where to find them, etc.
Constant communication via our internal channels (Slack, Google Hangouts, Zoom) with the developers and Managers from other teams.
Investigate/analyze/provide new tools and services that help the development process
Responsabilidades
Lab Cave needs a qualified QA Manager to join our growing team. You will work with multiple teams across the company to ensure that updates are properly tested before release, decide which devices to support, improve the current process, set up new process with external testers, and attend regular meetings to update management on the process.
