Qualifications
? Fluent in English is mandatory. Both written and verbal.
? Excellent organizational skills
? Experience of accounting and/or bookkeeping
? Experience of using Quickbooks and Bill.com
? Knowledge of financial systems, including accounting systems
? Ability to work calmly under pressure and keep to deadlines
? Ability to manage various project simultaneously
? Experience in working for entrepreneurial business is a plus

We are looking for a FULL TIME ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT for BOOMBOX who will assist us in the finance and operations side of our company in Spain. You will be working cross functionally with various teams to carry out common goals of our organizations. You will also support the Finance /Operations Manager on day to day tasks.

? Monthly Reconciliation of credit card accounts
? Monthly reconciliation of bank statements
? Royalty reporting
? Cash flow management
? Payroll Assistance
