Our home was founded in 2015 & is located in Mallorca Island (Spain) where the creativity meets the tech by completing the whole anatomy of a game -purpose,positioning & personality-

GAME PRODUCER

The role we are looking to fill will report to Project Manager on the project and will be pivotal to delivering well tested and polished new innovative features, improvements and content on time and without crunch. The candidate should be able to execute on a large problem space and be able to work through people to get to the end goal.

Requisitos mínimos

- Good knowledge of software development and project management processes
- Degree in Game Development or similar
- Assertive, calm, proactive and focused individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Unity knowledge
- Experience with full-cycle development
- Knowledge of Agile development, including application of specific frameworks such as Scrum
- Strong organization and strategic skills
- Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
- Good English level
- A strong passion for making top quality games that players love

Requisitos deseados

- 3+ years of Game Production experience

Responsabilidades

- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and road-maps.
- Responsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team.
- Responsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of highest quality
- Ensure cross-department visibility is clear and dependencies are properly tracked
- Maintain a constant awareness of game status through regular play sessions
- Covering standard Project Management layer such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management
- Setting up very effective, concise, transparent and efficient communication protocols both inside and outside team
- Supporting to keep the team's motivation on a higher scale and raising flags in case of anomaly
