At Blackmouth Games, we strive to innovate and create unique experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry. To achieve this, we are currently seeking a full-time Direction Assistant to join our talented team.

An ideal candidate for our organization would possess exceptional multitasking abilities and demonstrate strong organizational skills. This individual should be proficient in managing multiple tasks concurrently, showcasing their capacity for effective task prioritization and efficient execution.

Minimum requirements

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in office software, including Excel (or google sheets).

- Fluent in both spoken and written English at an advanced level (C1 or B2 proficiency).

- Solid background in administrative or management roles, with previous experience to support.

- Possession of a college degree or relevant professional qualification.

Duties

Schedule management and organization of meetings and travel arrangements.

- Representation and communication on behalf of executives.

- Preparation of reports and presentations.

- Coordination and logistics of meetings.

- Support in decision-making and acting as a liaison between management and employees.

- Administration of corporate expenses and accounting tasks.

- Daily operations management with banks and other entities.
