We are looking for a TECHNICAL DESIGNER to join our team, at our offices in Pamplona (Navarra) or work remotely.

Minimum requirements

3+ years of experience in the role of Game Designer.
1+ years of experience as a Technical Designer.
Deep understanding of character mechanics.
Experience working with Unreal Engine and Unity.
Knowledge of the Blueprint system.
Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Capacity to accept feedback and make the proper changes, following the main objectives of the team leader.
Good level of English.
Experience in Version-Control Software: GitHub.

Desired requirements

A good understanding of balancing game economies.
Knowledge of Online Multiplayer games.
Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
Spanish Language knowledge, not a must but always good to help with the local communication.

Duties

Work closely with designers, engineers, and other content creators to craft compelling gameplay systems.
Solve complicated problems creatively while considering design needs versus production realities.
Drive gameplay systems from paper concepts all the way to shippable products.
Act autonomously to track down issues or improvement areas and implement novel solutions.
Help develop and maintain a robust set of scripting solutions that empower content designers.
