In this position, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing the core systems of our multiplayer video game project.
You will use your extensive experience to implement high-quality code, ensure performance, and collaborate with other departments to deliver top-tier gaming experiences to players around the world.

Minimum requirements
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in game programming.
- Proven experience working on shipped AA/AAA games.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Experience with network programming and multiplayer systems.
- Strong knowledge of Unity and physics system for Unity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in full-cycle game development, from concept to launch.
- Be a great team player, highly collaborative, and contribute positively to the work environment.
Desired requirements
- Experience in live operations (Live Ops) will be a plus.
- Strong knowledge in Photon Quantum will be highly valued.
Duties
- Develop and maintain core systems and gameplay features for an online game.
- Implement and manage networking features for performance and scalability, ensuring robust and reliable multiplayer functionality and smooth online multiplayer experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other programmers to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Debug and resolve complex issues related to gameplay, networking, and performance.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of the game’s codebase.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in online multiplayer gaming.
- Ensure the game’s code meets high-quality standards and is well-documented.
