We are looking for an experienced Game Designer to join our new studio in Alicante!
You'll have the opportunity to pioneer a brand new game concept while building an awesome team to collaborate with.
As opening a studio is quite an undertaking, we'll be kicking off this project at the beginning of 2017.
We're currently looking for a creative, outgoing, and experienced narrative designer to help us start up this new team.
As a growth opportunity, it doesn't get much better than this. You'll be part of the creative process from day one, utilizing every ounce of creativity you've got to build a truly awesome story focused casual game.

Why You're Awesome
+ 3 years of experience and passionate as a Narrative Designer, Scriptwriter or Screenwriter with an excellent knowledge of script and staging (videogames, movies, TV shows, etc.).
You have an extensive knowledge of story writing, tales, etc. stand out with short stories.
You have an extensive knowledge of storytelling, stand out with videogames.
You have an extensive knowledge of staging, theatre and performing arts.
You have an extensive knowledge base of games of all genres and platform plus experience in casual games.
Excellent understanding of player expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to work proactively, and you are highly self-sufficient
Displays initiative and passion for creating high quality and engaging games
Willing to learn and has an open mind to adapt and iterate designs
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
You love to work in a team
Desirable qualifications of level design, and game design theory.
Desirable qualifications of game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.
Desirable qualifications of scripting and/or programming languages.
Pressure doesn't bother you at all, and multitasking is something you do while doing a bunch of other things ;)
What You'll Be Up To
Utilizing your creativity and decisive attitude, you'll be iterating on game design from ideation to pre-production to production
Defining the rules, setting, story, characters, puzzles, props, interactions, game modes, game mechanics and pretty much every other aspect of game content
Aligning the game with the expectations of stakeholders, writers and consumers
Bridging the gap between the studio and the world we are building, you will integrate the story, environments, levels, and graphics with your diverse technical skill set.
