Community Manager and Customer Support | |
SMACH Team is looking for a Community Manager and Game Customer Support Agent who wants to evolve their gaming career with a successful company. You will be responsible for supporting players/communities of SMACH Z.
Responsibilities:
- Processing questions and problems. - Answering queries on blogs and forums as well as social media channels. - Getting familiarized with SMACH Z and the games so you can advise players. - Encouraging user loyalty by providing outstanding service. - Contributing to studio-wide community strategies. - Working both independently and cooperatively within the team. - Supporting the marketing manager in any ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Community Manager or Customer Support Agent ideally within the gaming industry or similar. - Passion for and strong knowledge of games. - Good knowledge of social media from the user or professional point of view. - Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish both written and spoken. - Excellent organizational skills.
