We are recruiting a Lead / Senior Java Developer for an independent software company at the leading edge of soft gaming technology in Brighton working closely with their strategic partners.

Requisitos mínimos

The successful candidate will:

• Be proactive, motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Have the ability to write clean commented code
• Be able to communicate effectively whether talking to someone technical or non-technical, both internally and with development partners
• Have good problem solving and analytical skills in order to spot errors or problems

Key Technical Skills
- Java server side developer, with experience in integration projects
- A few years experience in java development, and object oriented design
- Experience in java backend development
- Experience in writing and using APIs in deferent formats - Rest/SOAP/XML
- Experience with working with DBs - MYSQL, SQLSERVER
- Experience with working with LINUX OS

Requisitos deseados

Nice to have
- Experience in working with streaming technologies specifically installation, configuration of Wowza streaming server and rtmp streaming protocol
- Experience with CDN technology and solutions.

Responsabilidades

Main tasks will be:
- to develop and integrate the co-developed games portfolio with new clients, which will require you to work closely with developers from other companies.
- Monitor and support existing integrations
- Provide reporting information to our strategic partners
- Will be expected to work on new game/projects by writing the server side java code and databases for new strategic products
- Provide support to the streaming server application
