Your mission

We are looking for a highly creative and motivated Game Designer who is excited about making the difference by translating innovative concepts into engaging and delightful game experiences. You will take care to produce specifications to the game team that truly deliver on the creative vision and follows the highest standards.
You’ll be part of the Product Design team, our creative department that aims to set industry standards in innovation and quality, and you’ll work closely with the Head of Game Design.

Requisitos mínimos

- 2+ years experience in game design and development
- In-depth comprehensive knowledge of game design theory
- Strong understanding of game balance and game pacing
- Ability to articulate ideas and visualize them with references
- Familiarity with psychological models concerning motivation and engagement
- Demonstrated strong math and analytical skills
- Excel expert, experience with VBA preferred
- Passion for gaming
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task priorities
- English speaker with good written, verbal, and presentation abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour

Responsabilidades

- From concept development to delivery, actively participate in the design of innovative and fun gaming experiences also through the use of sophisticated mathematics and probability
- Define, document and communicate the complete game design to all the parties involved
- Ensure that the game design documentation remains accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with leadership to fine tune game flows, mechanics and events
- Iterate consistently on balancing complex game-systems
- Integrate content into the game
- Integrate elements which allow the player to understand and learn the game
- Work with the Producer to evaluate design features, content and schedule
- Collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Game Artists, Developers, Researchers, and Business Analysts to maximize fun and monetization goals
- Make decisions based on analytical data and present them with proofs
- Generate new market findings through market research, and data analytics that could drive new design and development strategies
