Saludos.

************

The plugin converts the following elements:

- Geometry: Patch meshes and standard meshes.
- Materials: Standard type or multi/sub-object
- Lights: All standard lights from 3DS Max (FreeSpot, Target Spot, Omni, Target Direct, Free Direct).
- Cameras: All standard cameras from 3DS Max (Target, Free).
- Dummies: Dummy (in the sub-menu HELPERS)
- Animations: All types, however you are strongly advised to stick to Bezier, Linear or TCB types.
- Splines: only a "Shape" (created in 3DS Max under the submenu Shapes/Splines) containing ONE unique spline will be converted (to a 'Curve' in Virtools Dev).
- Groups: Groups as defined in 3DS Max.

...

III) Export Modes
-----------------
There are 3 export modes:

- "Export as Objects" - exports 3D objects (and simple object animations).
- "Export as a Character" - exports a single character and optionally one animation.
- "Export Animation Only" - exports a single character animation only.

a) Export as Objects
Export as Objects is used to export a scene. This mode produces a single NMO file and exports
- Geometry
- Lights
- Cameras
- Splines
- Dummies
- Groups (as Groups or Places)
- Object animations
Hierarchies are maintained. The animation of geometry, dummies and splines is also exported.

B) Export as a Character
Export as a Character is used to export a character only and produces one NMO file.
*** In this case you must only have a single root in your scene (the root of the character).***
You can also export one animation with the character at the same time. When using Physique for modeling characters, you are recommended to export in Skin for reduced file size. See "Exporting Characters and Animations from 3DS Max" and "Modeling with Character Studio" in the Online Reference for further information.

c) Export Animation Only
Export Animation Only is used to export additional animations only. A single NMO file is produced.

....

****************

MATERIAL EXTENDED PARAMETERS
----------------------------

 - Index of Refraction

MAP CLASSES
-----------

- Bitmap
- Normal Bump

MAP TYPES
---------

- Diffuse
- Specular (tanto color como level)
- Self-Illumination
- Bump
- Reflection
- Refraction

MAP PROPERTIES
--------------

 - Amount
 - Tiling

RENDER TO TEXTURE
-----------------

- LightingMap

GEOMETRY
--------

- Editable Mesh
- Editable Poly
- Meshes + Biped + Physique
- Meshes + MAX Bones + Skin

LIGHTS
------

- Target Spot
- Free Spot
- Target Direct
- Free Direct
- Omni

SPOT/DIRECT PROPERTIES
----------------------

 - Multiplier
 - Color
 - Decay
 - Far Attenuation
 - Hotspot
 - Falloff
 - Affect Surfaces (diffuse/specular)
 - Projector Map

 OMNI PROPERTIES
 ---------------

P.Ej.:

  script scripts/particleEffects/smoke.pfx

ANIMATION
---------
