We are looking for a dynamic Game Economy/Monetization Designer to develop strategies that will drive game monetization. You will analyze and define strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU). You will be responsible to obtain and analyze business targets and requirements and make monetization a natural/integral part of all products. You will work with different teams to drive monetization strategies, create monetization methodologies, increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies, identify opportunities and provide monetization reporting. Integrate ARM (acquisition / retention / monetization) into the game design.

Responsabilidades

AS MONETISATION DESIGNER YOU WILL
Create Monetisation/Game Economy Strategy for core products as well as affiliated products
Work with Design Team to make monetisation a standard and natural process
Define KPIs across all platforms, related to the monetisation of players
Constantly monitor the performance as well as day-to-day revenue
Monitor, analyze & manage the in-game economy in collaboration with Data Analysts
Implementation of monetisation best practices and scenarios
Provide KPI reports in order to identify and predict trends
Monitor trends and benchmarks in order to set monetisation best practices
Manage and assign tasks to the monetisation/design team
