2Awesome Studio has a great opportunity for a talented Producer to drive forward a variety of production aspects with an emerging studio and publisher in the games industry.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing several projects throughout the product life cycle (development, QA, console CERT, distribution,...). You will support the studio establishing a vision and strategy for developing outstanding quality games. This position gives you the chance to drive the projects by managing the schedule and the games’ quality.

This role requires a thorough player centric mindset, team leadership, project management knowledge, and video game production processes.

Requisitos mínimos

? Excellent interpersonal skills and great verbal and written communication skills in English
? You have shipped at least one title either on PC and/or console from start to end
? Excellent knowledge of production, difficulties generally encountered by development teams and solutions tailored to their requirements
? Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
? Game development tools, methodology knowledge and work experience (Google Docs, Adobe creative software...)
? Analytical skills required to optimize the budgets, schedules and project resources to achieve desired results
? Strong ability to collaborate with multiple international teams, both internal and external
? Up to date knowledge in different game genres

Responsabilidades

? Define, present and follow up on each game development strategy
? Help define project scope, milestones and deliverables
? Manage risks and supervise/approve contingency plans
? Ensure product goals meet studio vision by working to brief from the Studio Managers
? Define project needs and assist on building the core teams to ensure the projects have the needed resources
? Ensure smooth communication across all projects, internally and externally. Liaising with our internal and external teams, partners and platform holders
? Drive and own product development strategy responsibility: from market, player, content and technological perspective
? Set out Brand development plan
? Validate choices that impact the projects
? Evaluate, test and create reports on prospective titles
? Create age rating documentation & submissions for PEGI USK ACB etc
? Game title, patch, etc submissions to platform holders (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Steam, etc)
? Create product and marketing materials assisted by artists in the team for use in metadata and marketing campaigns
? Contribute to and overseeing our QA & localisation processes
