Requisitos mínimos

- Minimum of 3 years experience as HR Manager or generalist
- Experience performing selection tasks (preferably in the software sector)
- Have a English B2 or higher level
- Good communication and active listening skills- Have great attention on detail
- Be a creative person with leadership skills
- Be an assertive person and like to propose new ideas
- Work quickly and decisively, with planning and organization skills
- Live in Lleida and / or surroundings (or availability to change residence)
- Availability for short-term incorporation

- Master in Human Resources Management

Responsabilidades

- Supervision and management of the department and HR team
- Supervision and collaboration throughout the personnel selection process: recruiting, publication and management of offers, interviews, negotiation, hiring …
- Management of onboarding and offboarding programs
- Personalized monitoring of all company workers
- Take care of worker satisfaction, measure it and identify areas for improvement
- Tracking KPIs and making recurring reports
- Review and control of payrolls
- Promote and improve internal communication
- Propose new ideas and actions that promote a good environment in the company and the improvement of the department
- Improve the processes already established and / or propose and design new ideas and HR policies
- Contact with study centers to establish internship agreements with career students from our sector
- Analyze training needs and establish training and development plans for the different departments
- Be the point of contact with all suppliers related to HR
- Develop and work in Employer Branding
- Management of PRL documentation and medical reviews (through external service).
