The UI/UX designer will be part of a team of Game designers Web developers, Content
editors, Game developers and Digital analysts focused on content Gamification and will
have the opportunity to participate in one of the most exciting and challenging projects of
the moment
You will work alongside product, marketing, and technology throughout the visual design
process
We are looking for a dynamic, creative professional with attention to detail, organized and
flexible UI/UX Designer to design Game-oriented software and platforms that meets our
audience needs

Requisitos mínimos

Minimum experience of 3 years as a graphic designer, digital interface,
interaction, or similar.
Proven experience in Game UI/UX in at least 2 projects.
Experience in multi-platform projects (web, responsive and native mobile
applications) and in UX/UI Videogame design including Games for the
younger audiences
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure or
equivalent)
Ability to present and defend design proposals to managers and stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams
Be and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in user interface design, techniques, best practices, and technologies.
Have a solid professional design portfolio
Proficient English communication and written skills are a must.

Responsabilidades

In this Role, you will get to:
• You will be in charge of designing attractive and intuitive experiences (Games!)
for our customers
• You will be responsible for the visual design of our key digital product, that
includes Unity3d and web-based Games, ensuring an optimal user experience,
with sings for the players, feedback, rewards… and an attractive visual
design of the whole product.
• You will help evolve the company’s digital design, as well as create, maintain
and evolve the Design System.
• You will work hand in hand with the rest of the Game development team and
lead them to build a state-of-the-art application that takes our customers daily
use of the content (Games) to another level of enjoyment.
• You will coordinate with the Game Designers and Development teams for the
design of the Back Office side of the application that will be used by the
academic department to update and create new Game mechanics for the app.
• You will define the right interaction model for each screen and game, and
evaluate its success.
