We are 28 senior experts (and growing!) with 10+ years of experience on average in the gaming industry. Working with a startup approach but with a great support from HQ on marketing, infrastructure, know-how and network - taking the best from both worlds :)
We have full creative independence in building unique DNA and identifying our own niche. Our first product is just about to get launched!

Requisitos mínimos

What do we require?

Extensive experience with mobile game development, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unity3D engine, of which at least one project in technical lead capacity;

Solid knowledge of C# and its related structures, design patterns and methodologies;

Good knowledge of gameplay programming, AI techniques, etc.;

Good communication skills and being a team player;

Knowledge of optimization techniques and experience with profiling tools;

Experience with making architecture decisions, knowledge of good coding practices;

Requisitos deseados

Nice to have:
Full stack developer, good knowledge of Java;

Tools development experience;

Experience with setting up CI / CD pipelines;

Experience in working with a client-server architecture.

Experience developing backend services is a plus;

Responsabilidades

Your responsibilities:

Actively participating in brainstorming game features and mechanics;

Contributing to the game"s design specifications and technical specifications;

Write technical design documents, for milestones and internal use.

Provide guidance/mentorship to other developers on the team

Work with project management to plan task scheduling/resource assignment/risk evaluation.

Ensuring high standards and good coding practices.
