We are looking for a Game Designer for the LiveOps team!
As a LiveOps Game Designer at Codigames, you won´t only be responsible for designing new features but also you´ll be leading the Live Operations of one or more products of Codigame´s portfolio, which planning, design, execution, analysis, and iteration of live features, offers, and events.
The ideal candidate is driven, creative, process-oriented, and excited to take on the challenge of driving a team of developers and artists to achieve business goals.
Requisitos deseados
Previous work experience with free-to-play games (mobile a plus!).
Broad understanding of game mechanics.
Ability to prepare comprehensive design documentation.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to use it effectively as a design/balancing tool.
Goals oriented. Passion to drive KPIs forward and for figuring out how game economies and monetization strategies work
You are data-driven and proficient in using analytics to develop and support business decisions.
Responsabilidades
Create content to be enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
Balance and optimize existing in-game features and mechanics as well as design new ones to provide the best player experience possible as wells as support product goals
Maintain level design documentation, including mechanics, guidelines, and gameplay outlines.
Make suggestions and plans to improve in-game content and pricing, supported by market research and data.
Design, build and optimize in-game events, offers, and promotions to help achieve monthly goals and target product metrics.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights and recommendations on the product roadmap.
Collaborate with other teams (Devs, Art, Marketing) to improve and refine your designs based on technical/other constraints.
Collaborate with Customer Support and Community Managers to deliver a best-in-class player experience.
