We’re looking for a Community & PR Manager to join our team. As a Community & PR Manager you will work in defining and executing the Social & Community Management strategy for 2Awesome Studio projects to grow our online presence and community. 2Awesome Studio is an independent game development studio and indie publisher whose mission is to add awesomeness to reality by developing video games with new and addictive mechanics and finding games that are equally awesome to publish. Requisitos mínimos

* You have previous experience in the game industry;
* You know the tools needed for the job: content creation, social media management and community management tools.
* You are passionate about what you do and you are willing to carry out your vision from definition to execution.
* Twitch, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, IMGUR, TikTok, are like your second home. You are in the know with new social tools and not afraid to jump into the next big thing.
* You must be fluent in both speaking and writing in English and you are not afraid of jumping in front of a camera and talking to the world if needed. We are an international
team and all the work is done in English. Spanish language is considered a bonus but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

* Work with our teams to produce and set up the materials for our press kits and websites.
* Creation of PR and communication materials including press releases, social media posts and other types of content.
* Connecting with journalists, content creators, players and clients in the games industry, as well as doing research and maintaining 2Awesome Studio internal contact lists.
* Organize key distribution for our launches via direct contact and through our portals.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and others.
* Work closely with our Xbox, Playstation and Nintendo representatives to organize communication amplification with them.
* Act as a first point of contact for players actively engaging with our community. Interacting with them across multiple channels, including Discord, Steam, Social Media and Reddit and providing support plus sending the required information to the production teams when and if needed.
* Prepare and execute digital events such as the Steam Fest, Gamescom and others.
* Promote our launches and sales regularly using social media and the rest of our communication channels.
* Prepare reports on launch campaigns, analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to drive engagement and growth.
* Create engaging marketing copy (store texts) for the games in our catalog.
* Playing and testing video games in order to understand and influence their design and strengths towards PR and marketing.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends especially with regards to communications, social media and promotion of games.
