Requisitos mínimos

- 6+ years working as a game designer in the videogame industry.
- Experience working with Unreal Engine.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with experience guiding collaboration across diverse disciplines.
- Experience in designing shooter mechanics and systems applied to combat, levels, game balance and economy.
- Expertise with spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and in manipulating and summarizing large datasets.
- Proficient in ideating and presenting game design ideas clearly and thoroughly.
- Fluent English skills, both written and oral.

Requisitos deseados

- Proficiency in driving production processes (pipelines and workflows) and utilizing Agile tools such as Jira.
- Capable of creating top-notch content within tight deadlines.
- Experience in multiplayer game development.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- WEB3 knowledge.
- Residence in Madrid.

Responsabilidades

- Ensure comprehensive documentation for all designated features.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Design and prototype features, ensuring their high-quality implementation.
- Offer creative feedback to enhance the game and refine game ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing department to improve the quality of deliverables and align with them.
- Establish quality control measures and review mechanisms to support production, ensuring top-notch results both internally and externally.
- Foster champion team values and cultivate an inspiring, productive team culture.
- Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
