Robot Cache S.L., a revolutionary video game distribution and e-commerce platform, is looking for a detail-oriented account manager to be responsible for insuring our video game publishing partners are successful! This position plays a critical role in the overall success and reputation of the business and operates as the primary connection between the company and its video game publishing and development partners.

Requisitos mínimos

• Candidate must be well organized and detail oriented.
• 3-5 years of customer service or account management in a software company or related field.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and technical aptitude is
required.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Monitoring customer communication/issues, internal needs and response during non-business hours, weekends and holidays.
• Troubleshoot, develop new, creative, out of the box solutions to everyday challenges including streamlining support processes and continuous improvements to customer relationship management process.
• College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure total customer satisfaction of Robot Cache’s publishing partners.
• Work with the marketing team to identify games and other promotional opportunities that are a fit with the company’s focus.
• Use advanced relationship management skills to proactively build rapport and support publishers needs.
• Use advanced verbal and written communication skills to articulate effectively.
• Create and present professional presentations to director-level and an executive level audience on publisher game release plans and promotions.
